PRESENTATION
BOOK LIMO PARIS is a brand of the company AMR DRIVE, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the French Trade and Companies Register under number SIRET 925 176 109 00013, with its head office located in Tremblay-en-France, France (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“).
The Company offers a chauffeur-driven private hire service, available by reservation only via the website www.booklimoparis.com or by phone.
Use of the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs).
1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
The Company provides a premium private hire service with driver, in accordance with the provisions of the French Transport Code, in particular Articles L.3122-1 et seq., and Decree No. 2014-1725 of 30 December 2014.
2. BOOKING
2.1 Preliminary conditions
Any booking implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The client must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2.2 Booking process
The client provides the pick-up location, destination, date, time, and selects a vehicle. A fare estimate is provided if all fields are completed. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation by email or SMS.
2.3 Advance bookings
Bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance, with a minimum notice of 1 hour prior to the ride. The Company reserves the right to decline a booking depending on availability.
2.4 Airport transfers
The client must provide the airport name, date, and flight number. In the event of incorrect information, the Company accepts no liability.
2.5 Phone bookings
The service is available 24/7 via a non-premium rate phone number.
2.6 Online bookings
Payment may be made via a secure online platform. No additional fees will be charged, except for waiting time or changes to the route.
2.7 Client obligations
The client must arrive at the agreed time. A free waiting period of 8 minutes is granted. After this time, waiting charges apply (see Article 5). After 18 minutes, the driver may leave the location.
The client is responsible for their behaviour and any damage caused to the vehicle. Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory.
2.8 Company obligations
The Company will make every effort to assign a driver within the requested time, but does not guarantee immediate availability.
3. CANCELLATION
The client may cancel a booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the full fare will be charged.
4. PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting contact@booklimoparis.com.
Data is used exclusively to manage the service. No data is sold to third parties without prior consent.
5. WAITING FEES
Standard vehicle: €0.50 incl. VAT / minute
Luxury vehicle: €0.90 incl. VAT / minute
These charges are to be paid directly to the driver.
6. PAYMENT
Payment can be made:
Online (via a secure website)
Directly to the driver (by credit card or cash)
7. INVOICING
An invoice will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of booking, after payment for the ride.
8. TRANSPORT EXECUTION
The journey begins when the client enters the vehicle and ends upon exiting.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service for safety or behavioural reasons (intoxication, hazardous luggage, etc.).
9. QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
9.1 Regulations
All drivers hold a valid professional private hire licence. All vehicles comply with current legal standards.
9.2 Insurance
The Company holds appropriate professional insurance. Passengers are covered throughout the ride for any damages, unless due to personal misconduct.

11. APPLICABLE LAW
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
